Lingerie is intimate apparel. Due to health reasons, there are no refunds, no returns and no exchanges.
We only accept refund requests for goods sold on our Site for the 2 following reasons:

Refund requests must be made within 7 days after receipt of your goods.
Returns
Returns can be made by mail at the customer’s expense. To return goods by mail, contact Sexylicious using the website contact form for further details. Prepare to email pictures of the product to prove defect or description error.
